All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.  Vouchers purchased at athorized 3rd party entities are guaranteed.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show
* Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable
* Airport, Limousine or Coach - transfer services are non-refundable

LIABILITY WAIVER

I recognize that there are risks and dangers inherent in using an electric bike. Knowing of the inherent risks (such as, but not limited to, equipment failure, hazards of the road, traffic, changing weather conditions, etc.), I assure full responsibility for myself, for bodily injury, death and loss of personal property and any expenses incurred. I accept the rented equipment for use as is, in good condition, and accept full responsibility for care of all such equipment while it is rented to me. I will be responsible for the prompt replacement at full retail value of all rental equipment not returned or returned damaged, other than reasonable normal wear and tear. I agree to return rental equipment by agreed date and time to avoid additional charges. All instruction on the use of rental equipment have been made clear to me and I understand the function of the equipment. I release and hold harmless for whatever reason, including negligence, Rocket Electrics officers, employees and agents from any action related to my activities. These terms shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, all members of my family and for any minors that accompany me.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE. BY CONFIRMING MY NAME BELOW, I AGREE TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE ROCKET ELECTRICS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
